After creating panic in the South, ‘Kantara’ was released in Hindi language on 14 October. The Hindi version of the film opened with Rs 1.27 crore on the first day. However, within 12 days of its release, Rishabh Shetty’s film has collected Rs 26.50 crore. According to a report in Economic Times, while ‘Kantara’ collected Rs 2.05 crore on Friday, Rs 2.55 crore on Saturday and Rs 2.65 crore on Sunday. If reports are to be believed, the film will cross the Rs 30 crore mark in the North Belt regions in one to two days.
