According to film critic Taran Adarsh, Katrina Kaif’s film has earned Rs 1.34 crore at the box office on the fourth day. Accordingly, the film has so far earned only Rs 9.19 crore.
The opening of ‘Phone Bhoot’ was very slow
Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer had a very slow start on the first day i.e. Friday with only Rs 2.05 crore. There was no significant improvement in the film’s earnings even on the weekend. On Saturday, the film collected only Rs 2.75 crore, while on Sunday, the film’s collection increased and ‘Phone Bhoot’ earned Rs 3.05 crore. In such a situation, the film failed miserably on the expectations of the makers.
Even Jackie Shroff could not save the film
Actor Jackie Shroff is seen in a negative role in this film by Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. However, Jackie also proved unsuccessful in saving this film. According to reports, the budget of Katrina Kaif’s film was Rs 25 crore. Looking at the figures of the film, it is being speculated that ‘Phone Ghost’ It will also have to struggle hard to meet its budget.
On the work front, actress Katrina Kaif will soon be seen in the film ‘Tiger 3’ with actor Salman Khan. Emraan Hashmi will also play the lead role in this film. The shooting of the film has started. The Salman and Katrina starrer will release in April next year.
